The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the right lane and shoulder on I-70 westbound in Clay County will close Sunday at the 23.6 mile marker.
INDOT maintenance crews will be deep patching an area on the interstate and installing a drain just east of S.R. 59 (Exit 23). Crews plan to begin after 11 p.m. and anticipate finishing the work by 10 a.m. Monday.
INDOT reminds motorists to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through construction zones.
