CLARK COUNTY, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) – Traffic was stalled by a three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on I-70 westbound in Clark County.
It happened near mile marker 152.
Illinois State Police said the crash involved three tractor semi-trailers.
Police said traffic was slowed due to a construction zone, and one of the semis was rear-ended by another semi.
That collision caused a third semi to crash into the back of the second semi.
No injuries were reported in the incident and the interstate was reopened at 4:51 pm.
