TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The 7th annual Wabash Valley Jeep Junkies, ‘Going Topless for Pink’ Jeep ride was held Saturday in Terre Haute.

Hundreds of jeeps from all over the U.S. and Canada were in town for the event.

Jeep owners drove to many different participating businesses in the Wabash Valley.  There were activities for all ages, including pedal cars and bounce houses, to a beer garden and food trucks.  There was also a silent auction and giveaways.

All the money from the event goes to Pink of Terre Haute.  They help support people battling breast cancer.

The woman who started the ‘Duck, Duck Jeep Kindness Movement in 2020 was at this weekend’s event.

“We are now in 80 countries with over five hundred thousand people playing right now,” explains Allison Parliament.  She came from Canada to participate.  “I’m working with Jeep and BF Goodrich to do some great things in the Jeep community.  We participate in different events around the U.S. and Canada.”

Event organizers estimate around 650 Jeeps participated in this weekend’s event.
