Horizon Health to donate half of sports physical fees to booster clubs

PARIS, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Half the cost of all sports physicals given to students by Horizon Health clinics this July will be donated to a booster club chosen by the student.

Promotional sports physicals will be available at Horizon Health clinics in Paris, Chrisman and Oakland, Ill., as well as EZ Care walk-in clinics in Paris and Marshall, Ill. All physical will be done during regular business hours.

Sports physicals through Horizon cost $25 and insurance will not be billed. For each physical performed, $12.50 will be donated back to an athletic booster club of the student’s choosing; designations will be made during check-ins for the appointment.

Students under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To schedule a sports physical, call the Paris Clinic at 217-465-8411, the Chrisman Clinic at 217-269-2394 or the Oakland Clinic at 217-346-2353. No appointment is necessary at EZ Care locations.
