BRAZIL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Harmony, Indiana man learned the hard way that taking paraphernalia to court isn’t a good idea.
Darrell W. Grayless, 46, was in Clay County Court Wednesday morning on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
While waiting for the trial to begin, an Indiana State Trooper discovered Grayless had a warrant out of Clay County for invasion of privacy. During a search prior to his arrest, it was discovered that he had paraphernalia in his pocket.
Grayless was arrested on the warrant and the additional charge of invasion of privacy. He is currently being held at the Clay County Jail.
