TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Those looking for an adults-only Halloween celebration with a twist can purchase tickets to the Vigo County History Museum’s “Night at the Museum.”

The program has a theme as well, “The Eras.”

“We’re living our Party Era! Join the Vigo County History Center for the second annual A Night at the Museum: The Eras,” a promotional website reads.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in clothing that matches their favorite era or to dress “Halloween chic” when choosing a costume.

Tickets cost $45 for individuals, and $75 for couples with discounts for History Center members, attendees must be at least 21 years old. The event will be held on Saturday, October 28, with doors opening at 6 p.m.

The cost of your ticket will cover entertainment throughout the museum as well as appetizers. A cash bar will be operated by folks from the nearby Copper Bar. Guests are also invited to get 360° photos with representatives of Snapped located on the first floor.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go toward the History Center’s mission of preserving and highlighting Vigo County history.
