TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — In an effort to support Catholic Charities, the Griffin Bike Park is hosting their 2023 Quick Quack Trail Run fundraiser.
The 5K obstacle event will take place on June 17. Runners can expect to encounter a floating bridge, ramps, and rugged terrain. Participants are not allowed to bring strollers, or their pets, or use bikes in this event. Participants must be 11 years or older to participate in the race on their own.
“We are thrilled to continue this event and bring the only adventure course to the Wabash Valley. Last year, was our first year holding the race at Griffin Bike Park and our racers loved the course,” stated John C. Etling, Agency Director for Catholic Charities. “Waddles, our mascot for the Wabash Valley Rubber Duck Regatta, will start the race and we look forward to cheering everyone on at the beautiful Griffin Bike Park!”
