GREENE Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Two Greene County foundations with very similar goals, are teaming up to help those struggling with mental health.

Romans Warrior Foundation and Erin’s Purpose are both geared toward mental health support.

Erin’s Purpose is in honor of Erin Neighbors, who committed suicide as a teenager.

The organization is created for children and teens.

Romans Warrior Project supports military veterans and first responders battling mental health problems.

Both organizations are now working out of the same location in Bloomfield, joining to forces to bring change and offer help.

“While our veterans and First Responders are down here as parents seeking assistance for resource value, their children can be going upstairs, getting some resource value of their own all the same time having a good time,” said Brian Romans of the Romans Warrior Foundation.

Both organizations leaders said they hope their partnership will make a tremendous impact.
