TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — It was a very busy day at Ivy Tech in Terre Haute as high schoolers descended upon the campus.
The school welcomed the teens as part of its Go Ivy Day.
The event allows students to learn more about the college as well as meet with staff. The day is designed to show how Ivy Tech can help the students to meet their college goals.
At Go Ivy Day, students will become familiar with student success resources, discover scholarship and dual-credit opportunities, explore Ivy Tech’s academic programs, and immerse themselves into the student experience. Students will also learn why Ivy Tech is a great choice. Whether they’re seeking a certificate or planning to transfer to a four-year college or university upon completion, Ivy Tech caters to a wide range of educational goals and pathways.

“If you’re unable to attend Go Ivy Day today you are still able to set up an individual college day or day visit so that you have some one on one time with our faculty and admission team,” Director of Admission Amanda Cox said.
Students got to listen to stories from past Ivy Tech students, participate in workshops as well as win prizes.
