TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – An upcoming fall plant sale will help support the future of students.
The Honey Creek Garden Club will host a fall plant sale on Saturday, September 19.
The proceeds from the event will go toward the club’s scholarship fund.
The club was unable to hold its spring sale earlier this year due to the pandemic, but they will have lots of fall plants, yard sale items, craft items and more.
“Another thing that we’ll have available for purchase is office furniture,” says Club President Nancy Bauer. “We’re having it at Central TV Warehouse. They’ve been around for 66 years and they’re renovating their warehouse, and we have lots of file cabinets, desks, all types of office equipment.”
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Central TV Warehouse in Terre Haute, 2001 S 13th Street.
People will be asked to wear a mask if they enter the warehouse.
There will also be a food buggy.
You can check out the Honey Creek Garden Club’s Facebook page to see some of the items they’ll have at the event.
