TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Chris Switzer, President of the Vigo County Commissioners, joined Shelby Reilly and David Shepherd Tuesday morning on WTWO 6:30 Today to discuss issues facing Vigo County residents.
The Commissioners will host a public meeting Monday afternoon to discuss how officials plan to spend federal ARPA funds. It will be at 4 p.m. in the council chambers at the Vigo County Annex in Terre Haute.
The county has $21 million in federal ARPA funds that it must spend before 2026.
Switzer also discussed the future of the old Vigo County Jail and the upcoming Riley Spur Trail project.
