TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Roughly 400 people will ring in the new year at a party at the Terre Haute Convention Center.
The masquerade event will feature live music and dancing, a cash bar and four food stations that include a taco bar, gourmet mac and cheese bar, and desserts.
Attendees will receive a commemorative glass that will be filled with champagne for a midnight toast.
Since it’s their first year to hold a New Year’s Eve party, the convention center wanted to limit tickets this year. The event is sold out.
“We wanted to make sure we had plenty of room for our seating,” said Director of Sales and Marketing Pam Chamberlain. “We rented some vintage cool vibes seating that gives it that club feel.”
