VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)– A Farmersburg man was arrested after driving into a creek early Sunday morning in Vermillion County.
According to a report from the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to County Road 1300 South around 1:15 a.m. after a truck drove into the water at Little Creek. When deputies arrived, 31-year-old David Rayhel Jr, or Farmersburg, admitted to drinking and had a .10% BAC.
Rayhel was booked at the Vermillion County Jail and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated
