Crash reminds people to buckle-up

Local News

Terre Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) Indiana State Police remind us the importance of wearing a seat belt after a roll over accident in Vigo County.

The crash happened on the westbound on-ramp from State Road 46 to I-70.

According to police, the driver claimed he was tired. He missed the ramp, drove down an embankment and flipped his car.

The driver was not injured.

Sgt. Matt Ames says this is the perfect example of how wearing a seat belt can prevent injuries.
