CHARLESTON, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — A man is in the Coles County Jail after police said he stalked a victim by sending threats and photographs of that victim’s home to them.

According to Charleston Police, the incident was reported on August 15 when the victim came to the police station to report they were being stalked.

Following an investigation, police placed Jeremy White under arrest. Police said White is accused of threatening his victim by sending threats that tracked the victim’s location. White also reportedly sent the victim pictures taken of the victim’s residence while stalking the residence.

White was taken to the Coles County Jail and given a bond of $10,000 with 10% allowed.
