TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A garage, camper and car were a total loss Wednesday after a controlled burn spread to other areas.
Prairieton Fire Department responded to the blaze around 9:30 p.m. at 12121 S. Hale Place in Terre Haute.
According to firefighters on scene, the homeowners were burning something behind their garage, and then went inside. The next thing they knew, the fire had spread to the garage, as well as a camper and car on the property.
No one was injured during the fire.
Linton Fire Department assisted at the scene.
