Community helps drive out hunger in the Wabash Valley

Local News

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Wabash Valley comes together to help fight hunger in the community.

Our station teamed up with Midas and Baesler’s Market for the 2020 Midas Drive Out Hunger Food Drive.

People in the community donated food and monetary donations to help feed local families in need during the holiday season.

The food was delivered to local non-profit Manna from Seven Thursday. The group will then distribute the food to families.

Items included things like ham, potatoes, canned vegetables and rolls.

People can still donate food into December for Christmas.
