CLARK COUNTY, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — The boil order issued for areas of Clark County last week has been lifted. 

On April 26, The Clark-Edgar Rural Water District issued a boil order due to an emergency water line repair.

According to a press release from The Clark-Edgar Rural Water District, the boil order has been lifted for the following areas: 

  • Parts of Wabash Township
  • Parts of Anderson Township
  • Parts of Darwin Township

Starting at Arbuckle Road on IL Highway 1 and moving South to Wilderness Road, including everyone East to Macke Rd. This includes Quality Lime Road, everyone West of Fox Road, and everyone in between these roads.

The Environmental Certification Lab in Charleston has sent back the reports with satisfactory results.
