TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Thanks to Chances And Services for Youth (CASY) along with J. Ford’s Black Angus, those in need this year will have the chance to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.
According to a release from CASY C.O.O, Brandon Halleck, the organization will hold its annual Thanksgiving dinner from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., or until the food is gone, on Tuesday, November 21 at the Booker T. Washington Community Center.
The dinner will be free and open to the public “with a focus to serve those that might not enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner this year,” the release said.
Due to the yearly support from J. Ford’s Black Angus, CASY has been able to serve over 10,000 children in the community, providing more than 200 meals to families in need throughout the holiday season.
