Calvary Cemetery to take part in Wreaths Across America

Local News

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Calvary Cemetery in Terre Haute will be taking part in this year’s Wreaths Across America effort.

While the cemetery cannot hold a ceremony this year due to COVID-19, it is still inviting people to help place wreaths on the graves of veterans.

People will be placing the wreaths on December 19.

“I believe we need to show respect, love for these people who like I said before sacrificed so much for us,” says Larry Silver, the cemetery’s property manager.
