ROBINSON, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Dairy Queen in Robinson Illinois, hosted a fundraiser for those affected by the tornado in Crawford County.

The business was so busy that they started to run out of certain items for their blizzards. One hundred percent of their sales that were made Monday, went to the United Way of Crawford County.

Manager Markis Renshaw said it’s important to help those in need.

“When something like this happens it really takes peoples’ lives and completely flips it upside down. We like that we can kind of give back and help out in any way that we can,” Renshaw said.

Renshaw also said they are not sure, when they will host another fundraiser, but updates will be on their Facebook page.
