Bloomfield woman charged in connection to U.S. Capitol riot pleads guilty

WASHINGTON, DC (WTWO/WAWV) – A Bloomfield woman has pleaded guilty to a charge in connection to the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

Dona Sue Bissey pleaded guilty Monday to Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

The plea agreement orders Bissey to pay a $500 restitution to the U.S. Treasury Department.

Bissey was charged along with Anna Morgan-Lloyd of Bloomfield who pleaded guilty to her involvement last month.
