TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A local charity breakfast will help to raise money for veterans in need of a home.
The Fontanet Action Community Team is hosting a breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on September 16 at 1168 Gallagher Rd in Fontanet, Indiana. Attendees can expect biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and drinks at the breakfast.
All the proceeds will go towards the Veteran’s Village tiny homes project to help lessen the number of veterans in the community experiencing homelessness. Donations are welcome and the event is being held in collaboration with the Buddy Walk for Veterans which is also taking place on September 16.
