TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — In partnership with the Salvation Army, Baesler’s has announced the Red Kettle campaign funds in Sullivan will be matched up to $1,000.

According to a release from the Salvation Army, the donation matching efforts will start on Monday and run through Wednesday, November 22 with the release stating, “Starting today and running through Wednesday, November 22, all donations to Salvation Army Red Kettles in Sullivan County will be matched by Bob Baesler, owner of Baesler’s Market. Donations up to $1,000 will be doubled thanks to this generous gift.”

“Having the support of Bob Baesler and Baseler’s Market is vital to The Salvation Army in Sullivan County,” said Michelle Smith, Advisory Council Chair for The Salvation Army. “Our emergency financial assistance program depends on the money we raise each year during the Red Kettle Campaign. Baesler’s Market has partnered with us for many years, and Mr. Baesler’s match offer will help us make a difference for even more families in 2024.”

Several locations throughout Sullivan County will have Red Kettles available for donations including Baesler’s Market.

Volunteers are still needed for the Red Kettle bell-ringers this season. Those interested in registering to volunteer can visit the Salvation Army’s Register to Ring webpage.
