TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Folks looking for an explosive way to celebrate the Labor Day holiday weekend are being invited to an area winery for fireworks, live music and food trucks.
The Sycamore Winery has announced that they will be hosting a Labor Day celebration on Saturday. The event will feature a large fireworks show over the nearby lake that begins at dusk (around 9 p.m.). Additionally visitors can enjoy live music played by the band Mullet Over, and get their fill of delicious food from various food trucks that will be in attendance.
The free, family friendly, event will get underway at 6 p.m. with the music and food offerings. Organizers said the food trucks available are as follows;
- Big Berry Roadhouse Grill
- Butta’s Better BBQ
- The Mixed Plate
- Ben’s Hotdogs and Catering
- Kona Ice
- Sati Babi
- Jolly Pines Ice Cream
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to the event. No tents, sparklers, coolers, or outside drinks of any kind will be permitted.
