WABASH VALLEY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Indiana’s DNR has announced that applications for reserved Spring turkey hunts will open on Feb. 19. 

The application for reserved Spring turkey hunts can only be done online at the Indiana Department of Resources Reserved Hunt page. The applications will be open from Feb. 19 – March 19 and the Indiana DNR will not accept late entries. All applicants must have a valid hunting license for the hunt they’re applying for.

All applicants will be notified after the application period ends. The selected applicants for the reserved hunt will be chosen by a random computerized draw and will be notified within two weeks after the application deadline.

For more information on specific hunting properties, individual locations can be found on the Indiana DNR reserved hunt page. Only one application per hunt is permitted and no changes can be made once an application has been submitted.
