TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Delegates of the Central Wabash Valley Building Trades voted Wednesday to cancel the 2021 Labor Day Parade that usually takes place in downtown Terre Haute.

Delegate Todd Thacker said the action was made to protect the well-being of the community due to COVID-19. He said the focus is on children that are under the age of eligibility for vaccination.
