VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The main entrance of the Vigo County Government Center, also known as the Annex, will undergo some changes. This week, commissioners approved a project to build a vestibule at the main entrance.
The vestibule will create a single point of entry that Commissioner Brendan Kearns said will improve security and make it more convenient for visitors.
“Our main goal is to make it safer for everybody by having one point of entry,” Kearns said. “A bonus will be that when they come in, there’ll be somebody there to help them go where they need to go.”
Garmong Construction will handle the project, which is estimated to cost just over $141,000.
