Severe thunderstorms expected to move across Wabash Valley

INDIANAPOLIS – Severe thunderstorms will move across the Wabash Valley Friday afternoon and throughout the night.
A large complex of thunderstorms is expected to move southeast out of Illinois. Damaging winds and heavy rainfall are expected.
A severe thunderstorm watch will be in effect until 8 p.m. Friday for the following counties: Clay, Daviess, Gibson, Green, Knox, Owen, Pike, Posey, Sullivan, Vanderburch, Vigo and Warrick.
In Illinois, the severe thunderstorm watch will be in effect until 7 p.m. CT for Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie, Piatt, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland counties.
