VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Five suspects were arrested on Friday after several law enforcement agencies worked together to investigate a large-scale drug distribution organization.
According to a release from Indiana State Police, on April 7, a lengthy investigation concluded after the collaborative work of the Indiana State Police, Terre Haute Police Department, Vigo County Sheriff’s Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration resulted in officers seizing a large number of illegal drugs, money, and firearms.

Officers confiscated around $240,000 of U.S. currency, 8 firearms, 41.3 ounces of methamphetamine, 41 pounds of marijuana, 99 commercially packaged THC edibles, 85 THC vapes, 2 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, 2.6 grams of LSD, and about 321 grams of THC wax.
All five suspects were arrested and transported to the Vigo County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
