VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Two faculty members at West Vigo High School have agreed to unpaid suspensions, according to documents from the school system.

The documents did not indicate the reason for the suspensions, but they come following Vigo County School Corporation’s investigation into racial harassment allegations at West Vigo.

According to documents obtained by an open records request, Principal Ryan Easton agreed to serve a two-day unpaid suspension. Easton also waived his rights to conference with the VCSC Superintendent and Board of Trustees.

Troy Isles agreed to a three-day unpaid suspension and also waived his rights to conference with the VCSC Superintendent and Board of Trustees.

Isles served his suspension on January 6, January 9 and January 10. Easton’s suspension dates were not set at the time of the agreement.
