MATTOON, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Two teens are behind bars after authorities say they broke into the Mattoon Public Library.
Kersh D. Anderson, 18, of Mattoon, was arrested Tuesday on burglary charges alleging that he entered the closed library Sunday and stole cash. Police said Anderson was accompanied by a 17-year-old male who also stole cash and electronics from the building.
