VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A three-car crash sent two people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Wednesday.
The crash occurred at the intersection of US 41 and E. Harlan Drive, near the Love’s truck stop Wednesday afternoon.
According to Indiana State Police Trooper Austin Robertson, the crash began with an orange jeep traveling northbound rear-ending a Nissan Rogue from Florida that had been stopped at the red light.
The force of the collision pushed the Nissan into a pickup truck ahead of it. Police state the Nissan is totaled. The driver of the Nissan and the Jeep were taken to Regional Hospital for treatment of what have been described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said no one involved was cited in the incident.
