WASHINGTON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Throughout a long investigation involving multiple agencies, local law enforcement has arrested 10 people and has confiscated more than 90 grams of methamphetamine. 

According to a post from the Washington Police Department, while the two sets of arrests were not related incidents, the first series of arrests throughout the investigation occurred on April 19 in which officers reported the confiscation of purported methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and other items related to narcotics distribution. 

Within the first set of arrests, the following individuals were taken into custody:

  • 45-year-old Gregory Riley on charges of Dealing Methamphetamine
  • 51-year-old Brooke Crockett on charges of Dealing Methamphetamine
  • 41-year-old Anna Morgan on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine
  • 51-year-old John Lemon on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine

The next series of arrests took place on April 25 due to Vincennes Officers making a Daviess County Warrant arrest in which more methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and items used to distribute narcotics were found. 

In the second series of arrests, the following individuals were taken into custody: 

  • 29-year-old Amberleigh Fox | Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine
  • 35-year-old Joe Payne | Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine
  • 38-year-old Tiffany Catt | Possession of Methamphetamine & Visiting a Common Nuisance
  • 52-year-old Elias Brock | Possession of a Controlled Substance & Visiting a Common Nuisance
  • 20-year-old Kaiden Thacker | Possession of Methamphetamine & Visiting a Common Nuisance
  • 45-year-old Jason Jordan | Possession of Methamphetamine & Visiting a Common Nuisance

Detectives/Officers with the Washington Police Department, DEA Task Force, Indiana State Police, Vincennes Police Department, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, Knox County Sheriff’s Office, and the Pike County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigations.
