TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The Light House Mission in Terre Haute continues to serve the homeless population and others in need, but the pandemic has caused them to make some adjustments.
Light House Mission is handing out meals to those in the public, instead of using the dining rooms.
Staff members are making sure those who live at the facility are practicing good hygiene and social distancing as much as possible.
The mission has also closed its thrift store, which sometimes sees large crowds.
CEO Timothy Fagg says he hopes people continue supporting the mission during this time.
