Local church officials enroll in “church active shooter educational clinic”

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Top Guns in Terre Haute hosted it’s first free “Church Active Shooter Educational Clinic” for the month of January, and the turn out was everything they could have wanted.

They were at room capacity, when 50 church representatives from 25 churches showed up for the class. They were educated on; creating safety teams, outside and inside security, and identifying threats.

The overarching lesson of the course was that problems can be identified before they are escalated. Top Guns will host 3 more free sessions during the month of January.
