Do you have what it takes to be a leader? Could your leadership skills help the community? On Tuesday evening, leadership questions like these were discussed at a special event.
The Wabash Valley Leadership Institute held a dinner at Saint Mary-Of-The-Woods College. The event focused on personal growth in leadership, organizational behavioral skills, and potential community growth in a leadership capacity.
The keynote speakers were Karen Laine and Mina Hawk. They are co-founders of Two Chicks and a Hammer, plus they are mother-daughters stars of the HGTV show Good Bones.
“If you set your sights on a dream, you can achieve,” said Karen Laine.
The show Good Bones focuses on renovating and transforming homes in Indianapolis, specifically in Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks and surrounding areas.
