Kroger recalls ground beef, ribeye steaks due to E. Coli concerns

Kroger is recalling some ground beef and ribeye steaks due to a potential E. Coli contamination.

Kroger is recalling Bone-In Ribeye Steaks, Boneless Ribeye Steaks, In-Store Produced Ground Beef with the above two labels only, that were purchased between April 23 and June 7, 2019.

People should check their freezer for the product, as it may have been frozen for storage.

The product may be contaminated with E.Coli and should not be eaten. Doing so could result in severe illness.

So far, there have been no confirmed reports of illness due to consumption of these products.

Customers can return the product to the store for a full refund.
