A Silver Alert has been issued for 73-year-old Barbara Risch.

KNOX CO., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Knox County woman was found “conscious and alert” after her vehicle stalled in high water, according to authorities.

A Silver Alert was issued Friday morning for 73-year-old Barbara Risch after the Knox County Sheriff’s Department received a missing person report the night before.

Deputies found Risch in her vehicle in southern Knox County at the intersection of Wabash River Road and Decker Chapel Road. She was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for evaluation.
