ISU Continues Long Standing Tradition


Students came out to watch 9 teams take to the one-third mile track for the 46th annual tandem race.

The 50 lap race on bicycles built for two, totals 15 1/2 miles, and is one of ISU’s best traditions.

The winner of this years race was the Sigma Phi Epsilon and Sigma Kappa duo.

They were followed by Sigma Chi, and Alpha Sigma Alpha.

In third place was the pairing of Theta Chi and Gamma Phi Beta…

Teams will return to the track in September for the annual Sycamore Tricycle Derby.
