KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Indiana State Police is conducting a sobriety checkpoint today in Knox County.

The exact location and time of the checkpoint will not be released. Motorists can expect short delays of 2-3 minutes while passing through the checkpoint.

Troopers are also asking for the public’s help stopping impaired drivers. ISP encourages motorists to call 911 or the closest ISP post if they observe another motorist that may be driving impaired.

If you do call in a vehicle, be prepared to give a description of the car, location, and direction of travel.
