INDOT Awards Infrastructure Grants

News

An Indiana Department of Transportation grant will make driving smoother on some Wabash Valley bridges and roads.

The $47-million dollars comes from INDOT’s Community Crossing matching grant.

Amounts range from $466,000 to $1-million dollars.

The cities of Brazil, Cloverdale and Greencastle will receive grant money, as well as Clay, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo Counties.

One-hundred two Central Indiana cities and counties are awarded a portion the grant.
