Terre Haute’s historic Indiana Theatre didn’t go up for auction Tuesday after all.

The building was originally up for auction because of a $120,000 tax debt owed by the business.

However, Vigo County attorney Michael Wright said the property was removed from Tuesday’s auction over concerns of what could happen to the historic site.

Wright did note that it could be moved to a sale in September.
