VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Good Samaritan has partnered with the Indiana Parkinson Foundation and Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to host a special event for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s and their caregivers. 

This free event will provide important information about valuable resources available to the Parkinson’s community. 

Meals will be provided and attendees will have the opportunity to engage with patient advocates as well as neurologist Dr. Jessica Hedeman. There will also be a panel discussion and a short exercise segment. 

“We are truly honored to host this event,” Joy Uy, Good Samaritan Senior Therapist (PT/OT), Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, said. “At Good Samaritan, we are dedicated to improving the lives of those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.”

This educational event will take place on Friday, September 15 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (EDT) at the Charles C. Hedde, MD Health Education Center at Good Samaritan.  Attendees must register by September 12.
