Indiana Court of Appeals visits ISU

The Indiana Court of Appeals heard a case at Indiana State University.

Indiana’s second highest court travels around the state as part of its “Appeals on Wheels” program.

The goal is to help people learn more about how the court system works.

ISU students and the general public heard an appeal filed on behalf of a man charged with dealing drugs.

The program started in 2001. Last year, the court visited 44 places.
