TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana Gaming Commission has authorized the launch dates, or go live dates, for sports wagering at five Indiana casinos.

The launch date for retail sports betting, per statute, was to be no earlier than September 1. Three casinos – Ameristar, Indiana Grand, and Hollywood – will launch on that intended start date.

Horseshoe Hammond will launch on September 4, and French Lick will launch on September 6.

Mobile sports betting has not launched yet in Indiana. That launch date has not been announced.

The IGC also released the final emergency rules for sports wagering, which can be found here.
