West Terre Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A group of women in West Terre Haute are celebrating 16 years of coming together to help the community.

The Helping Hands Clothing and Home Store is sometimes referred to as The Quarter Store because of the affordability of the store.

From making the sales over the past 16 years, the store has been able to give over one million dollars back to the community.

At a celebration on July 20th, some individuals received free items from the store.
