Federal prosecutors in Indianapolis have filed a motion to revoke the release of Frank Shahadey. It’s the latest move in the case of the man suspected of bribery and theft while working for Vigo County Schools.
Shahadey has until tomorrow to file a response to the motion. There will be a hearing this Wednesday to review the judge’s order of pre-trial release. Last Friday, the judge ordered home detention for Shahadey with several conditions. He can have no contact with the other suspect Franklin Fennell or any other witnesses. Shahadey will be monitored by an officer any time he leaves his home. Shahadey is still in custody at this time.
