Terre Haute’s Salvation Army is asking you to be sure to drop whatever you can spare into one of their red kettles.
The annual Christmas Campaign is just past the halfway point, and officials report they’re a little behind compared to last year. This year’s goal is $205,000. The Salvation Army will use the money to fund services and programs throughout 2017.
The red kettles will be out until December 24th, but the campaign continues until the end of the year.
Along with dropping a donation into one of the kettles, you can also make a contribution by calling 812/232-4081. There is also a donation form online. Click here to get connected.
Volunteers for bell ringing are also still needed. Call the number above, or click here to sign up for a time and location that works for your schedule.
