With spring upon us it’s refreshing to a break outside and get something to eat.

Food Trucks on the Wabash is back for its second year in Vincennes

Every Monday starting at 5 p.m., between 7 and 13 food trucks from across the Wabash Valley park along the river.

Residents have a wide variety of food to choose from including burgers, pizza, ice cream and tacos and city officials say it’s a great way to get family outside and downtown.

“We started last week, April 15th and had an awesome turn out,” Vincennes City Councilman Bryan Grove said. “A couple of the trucks sold out of food and you know we hope to see that every week. The more people that see it, the more anticipation they’ll have on what trucks are going to be there.”

Officials say as long as the weather is good, and people keep attending they will have the food truck out every Monday until October.
